Investors Management Company is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician.  This maintenance technician position is responsible for

• Routine maintenance of apartment homes including light electrical repairs, painting, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and mechanical duties for the interior and exterior upkeep.
• Participate in completing assigned service requests turned in by residents and provided by Management in a timely manner.
• Maintaining cleanliness of property by doing custodial work.
• Inspection of units and get apartments ready for move in.
• Identify and report any maintenance and safety issues to the Property Manager.
• Supervise work done on property by outside vendors/contractors as needed.

Salary: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
