Investors Management Company is currently seeking a Property Manager.  That person must have customer service skills, be a a quick learner and like a new challenge every day. This position is responsible for the daily property operations, leasing of apartments, collection of rent, resident retention,  as well as hosting resident event activities. Leadership skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. Candidate must be detail oriented, willing to learn and self-motivated. Salary: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
